City council approved the rezoning for the knox tower, so now it's all in Meridian's hands. I'd guess they are doing detailed design/costing and would be aiming to start work in the spring (hopefully).
Midtown Pitchfork - they are doing a bunch of work on it now, so it appears they are working towards opening. They have typical grocery store automatic sliding doors in place, so it appears it's just waiting for the developer to get the work done, so hopefully that opens this year.
Farmers Market - there are construction fences up and it appears vendor stalls are being built, so presumably it will open some time soon.
