From that vantage in Winnipeg, its new tallest is perfectly placed for maximum value add to the skyline.

Outdated, but it's a nice shot. Downtown Ottawa around 2019. The area to the left of the taller towers has densified quite a bit since, with three new towers toped out, and three more u/c, with one that will claim the title of tallest in the CBD area.
