Here are the new renderings from the TOWERS article:

This is so stunning...

[chinchaaa]

Look what happens when the parking is buried.

[myBrain]

I like this a lot, but I loved the earlier iteration.

Wish we could get both...

That boardwalk can't happen soon enough. That part of the hike and bike trail may be more cramped than any other stretch of it.

[drummer]

I think I like this one more than the earlier rendering. It's more timeless, in my opinion.

They should have kept the horizontal lines green. That was one of my favorite aspects about the last design. Not as bold IMO but it still works.

[Sigaven]

Still love it.

With all the copper accents, the buildings are going to start looking like the grass here in town with the drought.

Yep, the green absolutely needed to stay put. It's fine though. love the height

[clubtokyo]

This looks very classy! Love it!

[ILUVSAT]

Even though I liked the organic look of the office version - I love this one. Very sharp.

The Catherine and 422 At The Lake corporate apartment overlords punching air right now mad as hell they won't be able to continue ripping people off with insane rents because of "views"

Praise the looooooord
If we can just get a couple of these pretty projects actually started so 2024 seems a little brighter

Why is this much shorter building $20 million more expensive than the much taller 62 east ave? https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10106137&postcount=114

I was wondering that too.

[drummer]

Surely it's not 3 below grade levels that make up the price difference...

Below grade construction, next to the water, on a much larger footprint? It makes sense to me. This tower is physically much larger than 62 East.

Such a beautiful building, cant wait to see that start!
