Cool angle though, that little bit of elevation really shoes the depth & growing endlessness of the skyline in a way that typical ground-level lakeview shots don't.
The Gehry Towers will fill one of the larger gaps showing distant towers in the fog. The wall effect won't be as bad as Sugar Wharf, East Bayfront etc. but, that skyline depth away from the waterfront is disappearing rapidly.

From Le Plateau between Hull and Aylmer, looking towards Ottawa.

The best suburban development?

I find the building designs fairly generic Prairie and BC. The generous open space is appreciated but, it's hardly quality space being 90% hard surfaces. That's assuming the big circle area in the foreground isn't for a future lowrise development. If it is, than it makes a lot more sense and ups the quality of the masterplan by a lot.

In context of Ottawa-Gatineau, that is by far the best suburban development we've seen, ever.

And no, there are no plans for another building where the huge circles are. Space for a market maybe?

That space is used for events like public yoga classes. The next phase will be at the back of what you see. You might find the designs fairly generic, but it's revolutionary compared to anything else in the NCR. Look at the roof of the building on the left in the foreground. A rooftop Nordic spa! There are some excellent restaurants, a great bar, and some unique shops. More to come in the next phase. I really love this place.

I compliment the developer to seek out interesting tenants. Tenants create the community more than the physical structures. However, the success rate for maintaining interesting tenants as the community ages and trends change is dependent on the design of the community. That event space appears as a barren vastness when not in use and programming is never an easy chore. The space would visually better as a complimentary structure to Spritz.

I thought we had a "Great Canadian Ports" thread. But this will fit here... part of the Port of Hamilton with the city behind (taken I would guess in the early fall of 2021, given some of the pier redevelopment in the background, right-hand-side)

I like this one the best out of the lot. Really illustrates why Vancouver takes the best skyline shots in the country. Perfectly landscaped foreground that meets the water, and the 4000 foot North Shore mountains in the background. Toronto is both humbled and shaken.
