Why is this even a concern? I don't have an issue with the CCH using tax dollars and it being a government owned and operated, but why should there be an $8 mil slush fund for Holding and other multi mil for profit businesses?
So let me get this straight, they bitch and moan and put up roadblock after roadblock about approval and construction of CCH and then get a payday? Holding has held up project after project and land banked for decades to the detriment of downtown and now get funds for being shortsighted and not building closer to the Salt Palace?
