You still haven't factored that Saputo wants out of his own named stadium unless he can work a deal with Parc Olympique which is unlikely seeing they haven't done anything the whole time the Impact /CFM have been in existence.
It's going to take a lot more than adding an end of seating, Saputo stadium has to be winterized.

I had to break it to you, but no, it would not. Not even close. Construction inflation has been far greater than that over the past few years.
Ottawa's proposed new 11,000 seat stand at Lansdowne would cost $110 - $130 million. Calgary's new arena will cost $800 million and I doubt it will be any nicer than Edmonton's $500 million arena.
It's likely building a basic Tim Hortons-like Field today would exceed $250 million.
