How do we enforce that peak bus lane, when ATM we can't even enforce off-peak parking? Way I see it, the only way to make sure is to create dedicated bus lanes outright (curbs and all), and at that point we've got the streetcar proposal again where one obstruction can shut down practically all four lanes and stop local bus service completely for a couple of hours.
