There's 100% a compromise that needs to be made. While it definitely feels unfair and economically suboptimal to build social housing in desirable locations, we also probably want to avoid cramming social housing into the cheapest areas we can find and building ghettos. I'd prefer if we didn't have our own Pruitt–Igoe.
