With interest rates on the rise I have noticed that in the Kelly heights subdivision (Grey Group) off the Bunberry rd has almost the whole first phase completed. But from what it looks like there is about 40 properties for sale houses, duplex, triplex not much has sold in the past few months. I have a condo on Ducks Landing that I currently have for sale if this were 4-5 months ago it would have sold in a week, it has been on the market for 5 weeks and not one phone call about it. I think a lot of people are going to be sitting on properties for a while.
