This is getting off-topic, but I do have a general question for others. With Hamilton being on the cusp of having two regional-scale industrial areas in the coming decade (AEGD & the Stelco lands redevelopment), could there be a case for businesses to choose to locate downtown once more?

Makes more sense to me to build the condos first, then the commercial will naturally follow once the demand for them is there.
