Public Disorder & the Decline of Vancouver's Livability

Parked my car down on Triumph and Victoria Friday night and got some sleep until 3AM when someone on a bike and pulling a cart came down the street smacking car windows with a rock.

I have three scuffed windows. ICBC's window chip package only applies to rock hits on the windshield. At least two other people came out because you could hear him coming down the street (*crack* *crack crack* *crack* *crack crack crack*" and they were not lucky and had broken windows. I thought it was someone over at the Return-It depot smashing electronics for the copper.
████ this neighborhood. I'm sleeping somewhere else now when I'm visiting. I don't need to be replacing out-of-production window glass because some unwashed statistic wants to have fun.
