People are discovering the problems and inherent contradictions with stroads intuitively. They want to go faster but also want to go to these streets with a ton of activity.
I actually don't think there should be parking on Bank. I want the restaurants to have more street patios. Put wider sidewalks and protected bike lanes. Build parking structures off street and charge recovery rate for parking.
