Vancouver is proposing to add a surtax on parking lots that
do not offer EV charging... this might be a better approach
If they apply the policy to condos, rentals and public pay parking spots in Ottawa, I think this might be a good incentive
Again, I need to stress that people overestimate the power requirements for at-home charging, a 3Phase 208v100AMP circuit could accommodate up to 20 vehicles for load balanced condo charging
