it should be underutilized. the area is unique among Canada. not many places do you get properties like close to the city centre. i think it should keep its context as what it has traditionally been.

is a coach house able to be a separate unit, though? i don't consider a coach house a laneway house.

coach houses traditionally don't get their own address whereas a laneway house does.
