I guess I’ll make the reveal here, that’s my account. That 353 number includes the Wellington but it is not included in the overall project number. I figured the Wellington is in such early stages in deserved to be included in the new units number.
As the tweet mentions these are only new large scale projects. Not the smaller refurbishment projects that Adamuptownsj often informs us about. If you included those projects I suspect we’d be over 400.
