FF, they are replacing, in a sense, the Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy with the potentially expanded Secured Rental Policy in "Transition Areas", RS and RT, which encompass largely the old AHCIRP areas on arterials.
Pray that's dealt with in the Autumn with the C-zone changes. I imagine folks want some more rental housing... before the City Plan get de-railed by an election.
