To make this park a reality, the city would have to buy it, I assume?

A lot of the property is owned by the Peachtree Walk condos just to the south. Selig currently owns the lot at the corner of 12th and West Peachtree that they're using to stage work for 1105 West Peachtree, though I thought I remember seeing that they were hoping to reroute 12th through it to line up with the segment of 12th Street across West Peachtree. According to the Atlanta GIS, the remaining properties are owned by Kartos, John L.
