I met a gentleman who used to be a crane operator around canada, was one of the operators for some of multiple province’s tallest buildings that were built in the 80s and 90s
Naturally, I asked how he felt about the heights, said it was what drew him to the job but he also said when he was up there he was so dialled in what he was doing that next thing he knew his work shift would be over
