Typical interiors of high end Ramsa projects in New York (standard developer finishes designed by Ramsa):

https://streeteasy.com/building/15-central-park-west-new_york/ph1819a <- 15 CPW

These two were done by Tony Ingrao (he charges $3000 psf in just design fees, excluding construction):

Sting's old unit in 15 Central Park West, done by Lee F. Mindel. He has since sold his old duplex here for 50m and bought a triplex unit in the villa section of 220 Central Park West for 67m:

Click on "Past Sales" to see the past contract transaction prices for 220 Central Park South (basically blended 9000 usd psf, Ken Griffin's fourplex sold for 238m usd):

220 CPS, 15 CPW, 520 Park Ave all use real limestone cladding, similar to what is proposed for 1468 Alberni.

30 Park Place uses a precast concrete product
