That is one thing that jumped out to me during my drive to Brandon last weekend... we really do have inadequate entry and exit lanes. There is little or no room to merge on some of the ramps, which is no doubt why Manitobans have a reputation for stopping in those types of lanes instead of merging... there is often no room to safely merge.
Super low hanging fruit here when it comes to meaningful improvements.
