BREAKING NEWS!
I have a good contact who has confirmed from a reliable source that the
Harper Building is finally a go, and that we should see construction starting later this summer (perhaps even this month).
I have no information as to the nature and scale of this project however. The last iteration was supposed to be a 10 storey Doubletree Hotel. I doubt this is still in the cards given the COVID situation and the current state of the economy, and I think something residential is more likely, but there appears to be something afoot.
