Speaking about the previous proposal by MAD, given how developers generally operate for residential, I really doubt Holborn would've gone with double-curvature glass as seen on MAD's Chaoyang Park in Plaza in Beijing had they proceeded with their design
even developers are really adamant going with single curvature glass with regards to cost
