If it is downtown Vancouver (and not the Gilmore Station tower), then my first stab in the dark would be the parkade on the SE corner of Thurlow and Dunsmuir. Half the site escapes the city's viewcones and the other half is limited to about 500 feet. This site could accommodate a 36 floor office tower.
