Once we get to the point where half of the passengers are continuing on passed Carleton (and thus running full again), larger trains are not going to be of much help.

There's also a large contingent of C-line passengers transferring to the T-line (especially if the federal government increases the employment node at Confederation Heights) so the flow is going to be relatively balanced.
My concern would be more on how badly Bayview is designed as a transfer station. The renderings show it as a completely unsheltered connection, and relies on using platform space for circulation — someone entering from the Trinity development wanting to access the C-line is going to have to walk the entire length of the T-line platform exposed to the elements. What's the use of a covered bridge if it just leads you out into the rain and snow to catch an east-west connection? This is just absolutely bad planning, these are brand new stations that should have been designed as a fully integrated and efficient transfer hub.
