Theres actually a big parking crunch downtown as City surface lots are scooped up and not replaced. Some long waiting lists both public and private lots.

I've heard that an issue with getting the Right House leased is there is a lack of available parking in the area(yes even with the massive surface lots on John and Wilson).

Need to see some partnerships like Toronto where Green P leases space from private towers. Issue is the cost per parking spot is much higher for garages versus surface lots.
