It's insane that they want to build commuter rail to towns with substantially less than 5000 residents. Fitzroy had ~4400 in the last census. Limoges had 2050. Most of these towns could not fill a GO bus in the morning into the city.
At least, Mr. Potvin had a harebrained scheme to sell real estate in those towns to fund his choo-choo.
