It's crazy how many cars were parking there for a while – don't even know where they were coming from, or parked before lol.
Why is there a 6 storey maximum there? It's right by an RT station and there's an 18 storey tower about to go up a street over, not to mention numerous tall buildings along the river. It'd be fantastic to see a couple tall TOD-minded buildings go up here.
