I sincerely hope it remains a hotel, or at least a hotel - office mix. Turning it into a purely residential tower is not a cardinal sin, but would take away a lot of that "downtown" energy.
Also, do you know if Four Seasons plans to build another hotel in Vancouver? If so, any idea of where? As a Canadian hotel chain, surely they would not be leaving Vancouver, would they?
