Starting to get a sense of the overall look.
The "between floors" spandrel with the fritt definitely give a softer look to the striping than the old cladding.
Not sure if I like the opaque panel on the corner
(it doesn't have the fritt of the spandrel, so just appears as a border, rather than wrapping around the corner (which the chamfer/bevel favours),
but it's not a substantive border (material-wise like on Royal Tower or the Bentalls)
- conceivably it could have been built out with a 3D panel to be more substantive)
The new cladding will sit in stark contrast to the elevator core of the Four Seasons Hotel next door (until it is reclad(?))
