That's an interesting development. There were rumours of another hotel coming to the north side of West Broadway, but it hasn't materialized as a proposal yet.
Presumably the developers have done their due diligence on the height they can achieve without interfering with the helicopter operations at the hospital. That has been a significant factor in limiting development along that block up to now.
