Hmmm - I'm of the opposite opinion, I kinda like a gradual descent to the river.
I'd like to lessen the "tall wall" along 9th Ave as well by getting more tall buildings along 10th, 11th, & 12th Aves and then descend a bit after that into the Beltline.
