This is such an attractive and classy tower and really fits for Chicago IMO. But would it hurt to add maybe one more piece at the top, about half the size of the existing top, to give it a bit less of a flat top(not that it looks bad really)while pushing the height just a bit more?
Seeing that old pic of this site from the early 60's and all the slim spire prewar towers just made me hanker for one last final 'taper' at the top.
