I think it's great to see the small communities outside our borders starting to build up rather than out. For those who don't get out in the capital region much, take a drive out to Lorette, Niverville, IDC, Oakbank or even Steinbach. It's amazing how much density has gone up in those towns over the last decade or so. Apartments, condos, townhouses, etc.
