Yes the Richcraft project is advertised as condos, that's why the Albert Street project is closer to reality since the rental market is stronger than the current condo market. Icon still has 200 units available, Bowery and Gotham still have dozens of units available between the two, SoHo Champagne still has units available. I could go on and on. As long as the rental units are reasonably priced in these proposed buildings, filling them shouldn't be too hard.
