I thought (hoped for, longingly) the 465ft was solely based on the 40th floor.

Whatever, I'm glad it's more noticeably taller than the previous figure.

Now if we can just have Artis' security staff take shifts flying a large kite up there then they can break the 500 ft barrier NO sweat.
