You're not lying. 200 inner-city condo units absorbed in edm last year, with a subdued cgy still 5x higher. Meanwhile edm was doing relatively better in job growth last yr and recently they've lost ~25,000 jobs over the past 3 months, while cgy has gained about that many. They have 1 midrise/high rise start during the past two yrs and quickly growing standing condo inventory, yet you'll continue to see recycled proposals that are "about to start" and updates on the same few projects daily. It's too bad this site has been overtaken by creepy spam bots. Good to see some people still thinking for themselves though.
