Despite the familial clustering, people do tend to understate the number of major developers we have. The Robert and Nat wings of the Bosa empire operate independently, as do the 3 De Cotiis family companies of Onni, Pinnacle, and Amacon. Then of course we have Polygon, Concert, Westbank, Concord, Reliance, Wesgroup, Wall, Intracorp, Cressey, Townline, Mosaic, Aquilini, Adera, LedMac, etc. And those are just the bigger guys, so a pretty competitive market overall.

Bastion came to mind, too.
