Winnipeg Construction VIII

I noticed the "coming soon" sign with a shot of the building render at the new Manitoba Clinic site. Demo is well underway on the gas station which used to be on the site. From glancing at the render while stopped at the light it looks like a parking podium of about five levels with about a 10 story tower on top. Might this warrant having its own thread? I also suspect that once the building is fully commissioned that old Manitoba Clinic will be demolished to make way for something new.
