Hope is fading but I still cling to a scintilla of a chance that this will be a condo project. Presumably we've have to see construction defects legislation passed next year for this to be a possibility.

A few months back I checked out the background of Lynd. Quite the family tale of two brothers. Good to see they're sticking around though. In fact they're another developer that has a project pending for "end of the year" start in RiNo I believe.
