There are 3 categories: General Information, Apartment Rentals, Retail Leasing. I would have thought/did think this was going to be condos. Maybe it is a mix. A dual apartment/condo structure would help the tower(s) attain a high height and help even the condos on the lowest condo floors get great views if they are atop the rental apartments.
