Based on the info from the latest ABC, the data center is only 60 - 80K SQF. The physical office portion is 600K and the rest retail or some other use. $300 Million still sounds extremely high.
I wonder when this would break ground. I noticed they are also using the older rendering. I hope they still keep the facade of the Krum & Foster buildings (or whatever its called).
