The article on the megamall is interesting. I see they start by trumpeting all the jobs that will be created but don't mention until the end that the vast majority of them will be low-paying. I guess low-paying jobs are better than no jobs, as long as they include adequate transit. Won't hold my breath tho, Miami area doesn't seem to have much money for expanding transit at the present.
Does Florida really need another mall and theme park? I guess it's still growing fast so maybe so...
