Although several posters have expresed regret that this building will not be taller, I think that will no longer be an issue once it overtakes Carmana Plaza in height.
The building itself is the right size for the immediate neighbourhood: something 40 storeys tall would feel out of whack right there.
And the design is crisp and smart, and will fit in elegantly with the upmarket shopping shopping district. (IMO)
