The new Hines Proposal is appearing more and more legit. There several local news articles about it now. If it gets to that point it's 3/4ths a sure deal.
I truly just wish they would go Big go Bold and develop a nice 70/75 story new signature tower. The location and time is ripe for such a development in this city.
Maybe another one will cine along and Go Big. But either way this is encouraging and awesome...
