^^wow.. that is one heck of an on-ramp connector to Circle drive north bound from Clancy!
I wonder if they had just built Circle drive
south bound to go
over top of Laurier and Clancy instead..have the traffic lights below the overpasses connecting to Circle drive
north bound at a t-intersection with each of Laurier and Clancy, at grad level, with no interruption of traffic Circle drive going north.
