I remember Gateway being three massive eliptical towers on the west end of the downtown area from five years go. Everything about it suggested it would never amount to more than the renderings.

The Gateway tower that people are referring to now is across from the EAP complex. New tallest, another world renowned architect. Wouldn't expect it to go until the office market gets back on the upswing.
