Approving these towers and they will be built exactly as proposed but by rejecting them will lead to three more King Blue towers is too common a misconception on these forums. We should know better that there are no guarantees on the design.
I spefically brought up King Blue. A Mirvish partnership proposed the L'Avenue tower and later the KPMB stacked boxes. He sold the site to the Easton Group after rezoning. Look at what we are getting now.
