The design is more of the same, but this will be good to inject some much-needed life along this stretch of Memorial.

Good news! That finally gets rid of the old Dotties/Lenny's "building". I was just over there and the stretch a block east of there was being cleared -- between Grant St & Oakland Ave. The old ice building is already gone

Sure wish someone would develop one of the corners of Memorial/Boulevard
