But its great. The tower looks unfinished though. Is that by design? I was hoping they'd add a spotlight to the top like they had in New York and Vegas.

The tower has lighting that will only be used when the building officially opens.
There was a 100 hour burn in that was done last year. It looked okay, but the light seemed to get trapped in all the steel. Maybe they weren't turned on 100% or aimed differently.
