The pump-house as a sort of podium looks great! and i understand that for this to be economical it needs to be "tall" but i think that neighborhood should keep with the height restriction bc, frankly a 24 story building would look way out of place there. That neighborhood will be fine in time and there are other parts of WPG closer to the core that could use that sort of density. I think spreading out our DT i.e. density, has got us where we are now.
